1. Overview
howtopose.ai provides digital AI services with immediate access to features, credits, and generated content. Because these services are delivered instantly, refunds are limited and are only available in the circumstances described below.
Once credits are used or AI-generated content is produced, the service is generally considered delivered and consumed.
2. Subscription Refunds
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your paid benefits will usually remain available until the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase date, provided that:
- you have not used more than 10% of the credits included with the plan; and
- you have not generated more than 10 pieces of content,
whichever comes first, based on our internal usage records.
After that period, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
We reserve the right to make the final determination on eligibility based on account activity, payment records, abuse checks, and system logs.
3. Free Tier
howtopose.ai may offer a free tier or free credits that let you try the service before paying. Because no payment is required for those free benefits, no refund applies to them.
We encourage users to evaluate the product through available free access before purchasing a paid plan or additional credits.
4. Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been completed.
Credit validity, expiration windows, and usage rules are governed by the plan terms displayed at checkout and by our published product policies. If a credit package is described as valid for a limited period, that validity period still applies even if no refund is available.
5. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We may consider a refund in limited cases such as:
- duplicate charges caused by a technical error;
- charges made without authorization, subject to verification;
- service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that materially prevent you from using howtopose.ai; or
- technical problems on our side that prevent content generation for an extended period and cannot be reasonably resolved.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, or creative results;
- failure to use credits or subscription benefits before cancellation;
- account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service;
- changes in personal preference, project scope, budget, or circumstances;
- inability to access the service because of user-side device, browser, network, or configuration issues;
- API usage, enterprise/custom arrangements, automated scripts, bots, integrations, or third-party tooling; or
- payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, taxes, or bank charges.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hi@howtopose.ai and include:
- your registered email address;
- date of purchase;
- transaction ID or order number; and
- the reason for your request.
We will normally review refund requests within 3 to 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Where appropriate, an approved refund may be issued as a partial refund or as account credit, depending on payment method, usage, and account status.
In rare situations, we may offer a one-time goodwill refund at our sole discretion. Such goodwill refunds are not guaranteed and do not create a precedent for future requests.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If you open a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we may suspend your howtopose.ai account while the payment issue is investigated.
9. Changes to This Policy
VulcanEon LTD may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes become effective when the updated version is posted on this page. Your continued use of howtopose.ai after an update means you accept the revised policy.
